Saly is a Social entrepreneur, Environment specialist and project manager for economic development, youth employment and social entrepreneurship projects. Saly holds a master’s degree in Environment treatment expertise.In 2012, Saly won the first prize for the best business plan in North Lebanon and the third prize of Green mind award. She then co-founded Green ways, the first sorting and recycling company in Tripoli Lebanon.

Saly was awarded by the CCIAT for her entrepreneurial journey and another recognition award from the ministry of social affairs for her social and community contribution through leading creative community initiatives.

Saly Co-founded two youth leading organization that she is really proud of; “New Youth Generation Organization” and “Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club”. Saly is a mentor for start-ups and community initiatives with TEC and many other local organizations. Saly joined Global shapers Tripoli Hub when it was first founded in 2013; during the same year, Saly was a speaker for TEDx main event; her speech was titled: “Yes, youth can change the city”. Saly is now a Project Manager for an Economic development project with a reputable leading international organization.
